I thought I was decided on getting 19's staggered and running the fat setup. I have a line on some Budnik 20" staggered "Gasser" Fat lip profile wheels I can pickup for an awesome price. I wanted to see if anybody has billet wheels and has issues with bending them - or bending a 20 period.

Also I know this has been beaten with a stick many times over, but I want to double check if I get these wheels and run 245/35 front and 275/35 rear I will not rub much on the Ltuned S/S right? I know at full lock I will rub, but I am mainly concerned with daily driveablility....

I am checking on the offsets and will post the number once I get them.,

I've heard about your roads there bro.... not good.. But here in San Jose, there are still come crappy roads... I bent 18's (Budniks) on my Bagged truck I used to have.... And they were 18s...

i've hit some hard bumps and havent noticed any dents yet *knock on wood* btw im on 20s, 35profile, with 40psi all around. just to play it safe always have around 40psi nothing less IMO

downtown houston has some horrible roads i kid u not..

I had some 20" boyd coddington wheels on my durango a few years back. I bent them a few times but only minor bends that I didnt bother getting fixed. I had 245 40 tires in the front and that is where my bends occurred. I now have 35 series tires and I run about 38 psi with no problems.

I bent my billet 17s on my old bagged S10. The only catch is that I hit a brick on the highway. I bent both driver's side rims and it threw the truck sideways (light drizzle = slick) but I corrected it okay and made it out safe. I love the look of billet but honestly with my experience as well as friend's experiences with billet wheels, they have all bent.

I hear you Darius!!! Could it be because of the weight of the Truck vs the car. The car being lighter of course. Or alteast being closer to a 50/50 weight ratio, versus the truck 90/10

PS. Can somebody head over to the photoshop forum and chop the wheels for me? I have having some difficulties...
