Default Axis Hiro for 06 gs300, advice needed

After a lot of back and forth, I think I've settled on the Axis Hiro for my 2006 gs300. Now it's just a matter of 18" or 19". If I go with 19", should I stagger them? It will mean never rotating them (I'm too lazy to have them remounted every 5k miles)... how much tire life will that mean I'm losing?

The 19" front tire is a 245/35 19, will this really degrade my ride quality? I drive a lot and if it means a noticibly rougher ride I may go with the 18" wheel.

Also, what's a reputable place to buy them? Tire Rack doesn't carry them.

no matter what imho you should do staggered, that's what these cars should get anyway

the tires, it's up to you what tires you get and how you drive, from 15k to 25k i guess

and with 19s you will get degrade in drive for sure, just a matter of how much
