what tires hold up longer
i swear i go through rear tires every 6months. i'm absolutley tired of buying so many tires. anyone with any experience on long lasting tires. at this point driving back and forth to work i don't really care about grip and performance, i'm more concerned with shelling out $$$. i have a staggered setup so rotating won't work. i've been through 3 sets of rear tires and just now i'm replacing the fronts. i don't drive ridiculous either(take corners fast, burning out, or anything else for that matter) any help would be greatly appreciated.

Conti's are a good recommendation. The Nitto's didn't last any longer then anything else? The way others have touted those tires I'm very suprised.
Also, many have liked the Pirelli P Zero Nero and the Michelin PS A/S, basically if they are performance sizes the best bet is going to be a performance all season tire.

Kumho ASX
You can find at the tire rack...
Kumho ASX have a 30K warranty - they are reviewed directly against the P-Zero Nero.
Price was $99/per.
Good Luck,
Eric

i guess you need to check the treadwear ratings on the Tirerack.com.....i must admit...my michelin pilot sport a/s looks like 90% tread remaining....basically like new even after over 1 yr of daily driving. Its treadwear rating is 400...i think.

Lexus Champion
My Michelin Pilots held up for a good 25k miles before a piece metal went through the sidewall and they still had about 60% of their tread left. Best tires I have ever owned. Great recommendation.
