New 97 SC300 Will these wheels fit?

Hey guys,

I just sold my 95 Royal Jade Pearl Sc300 5-speed, and bought a 97 Platinum Silver Sc300 5-speed. I'm looking at some wheels for it, and I was wondering if this setup would work without modification to the rear of my car...

18x8 38 offset w/ 245/35/18 (front) 19x8.5 38 offset w/ 265/30/19 (rear)

Any help / suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks!!!
