Default What kind of wheel is this?

I'd appreciate any info you could tell me about this wheel. Who makes it? It is a 20x 9 or 10 and came with my GS430 I bought from a dealer. I'd since learned that they are not what I first thought they were. I have not seen the symbol on the centercap before.

Closer pic of the center cap. And yes, the chrome wheels are very dirty from the rains. Thanks again.

The rivets are actually stationary and looks only. I've looked through hundreds of rims and all the above examples came to mind but the emblem of two facing E's or facing M's is throwing me. Would there usually be any markings on the inside of the rims?

Thanks for the help so far.
