Default Polished TT wheel question

I picked up a set of polished TT wheels, well the outside is polished the insides are pretty original.....

Any polish guru's out there that can tell me the correct way clean the inside of the wheels and and get them polished up to match the outside?

Thanks

well if you get some metal polisher and also polish, i am sure you can make the inside polish as well. it's just hard work

Since the insides have never been polished, curious if I could with wet sanding or steel wool just to get them cleaned up so I can start trying to polish them out.
