Any problems with tire size 255/45/18 ?

I have a brand new set of 255/45/18 from my last car and want to put on ASA 18x8 wheels with 35+ offset for my 2001 Lexus LS430. Will this set up work or do I need to go with the recommended size 245/45 or 235/50 ?

imho it should work. it's a bit bigger but i think the difference is negligible
