Default Falken Tires

I noticed Consumerreports.com listing the ......"Falken Ziex ZE 512" as the best All Weather Performance passenger tire.

I would like to hear from anyone who has had experience with these tires either on a 2002-2003 ES300 or for that matter any car. I know nothing about them.
The Toyo Proxes TPT isn't even listed in ConsumerReports survey.

Actually the Toyo Proxes TPT's have been mentioned in past CR reviews of all season performance tires & did fairly well (I have them on my 01 ES & love the wet weather, & snow traction they provide). I have also recommended the Falken Ziex ZE-512's (a notch up in snow & ice traction over my Toyo's) to many folks as well (My wife has them on her Ford Focus ZX5), 4 of my co-workers including one just last week on his Honda Prelude & they can't believe the traction they provide. Awesome value & they are on my 'short list' for when it comes time to replace my Toyo's.........so to is the New Goodyear Triple Tread all season premium tire.........'H' speed rated mind you (a step down from V) but a 80,000 mile warranty (vs. 60,000 for 60 or 65 series Falkens.......55 & lower is 30,000 mile warranty). You won't go wrong with either. Good Luck. www.falkentire.com Hope this helps! They are made by Sumitmo, a Japanese tire company.
