Default staggered wheel setups, what offsets?

looking to find out what is the optimal offsetts for a staggeed setup, with a 20x8.5 in the front, and 20x10 in the rear. tires would be 245/35/20 and 285/30/20, the car is not lowered, and I do not want any fender clearance issues. Any help would be most welcomed. The car is a 1995 SC400

Thanks

J

read my guide for the GS. the sc should be relatively close to the GS, maybe couple more mm higher in the offset to be safe

My choices are as follows, FRONT: 20 X 8.5" OFFSET 35 or 38.

REAR: 20 X 10" OFFSET 40,

which of these is the best setup for a SC400, and would 245/35/20, and 285/30/20 work well with the suggested sizes/offsets?

keep in mind i am not expert on the sc, so i am guessing a bit.

the offset looks ok, more on the aggressive side for the sc.

with 8.5 +38 (35 is pushing it i think) and 245, you should be ok. maybe rub a bit but i think easy rolling will fix the problem

with 10 +40 and 285, that's probably quite a bit of problem. you probably have to shave the rear fender to get them to fit, otherwise it would probably rub bad.

maybe some other sc folks can chime in

245 35+ offset up front doesn't rub..

275 40+ in the back is borderline...I would do 275 43+ in the back just to be safe..

OPPS...Sorry, didn't see you want to put 285 in the rear..Offsets in the mid-low 40s should be fine...
