Default Wheel bolt pattern 5 x 115 = 5 x 114.3 ?

Hello, I'm new to the board. I just traded in my beloved 98 Cadillac STS for a Black 2001 LS 430 with only 19K miles on it. I'll miss the Caddy but the LS is just a far more superior vehicle. They both have about 300 hp but the LS pulls so much harder and would embarass the Caddy. The navigation system is unbelievable!!!

Anyways. I kept the new 18" rims and tires I bought for the Caddy and wondered if the bolt pattern would work? I will probably need new hub rings. The offset on those rims are 40. Also I have 255/45/18 tires. So do ya think it'll work? I assume it would rub on full turns. Let me know, Thanks.

If I remember correctly it's the 5x112 that will bolt on to a 5x114.3 hub with very very minor work. I am not sure how the 5x115 would work, but it might be ok....?
