Can I run a 19X8.5 on an 05 LS430?

yup, all you need is the correct offset. you can check with gs4will about the fitment

What's that mean? Can't I just run 19X8.5 with no offset, just run it like that?

staggered is when your rear wheels are wider then the front, gives the car a killer stance.

Each wheel has an offset. The lower the offset, the further the wheel sits out. If u want the best flush look, get 19x8.5 +32~.

Watch for the caliper clearance. And for the 19", you don't really have many choices unless you don't mind getting them from outside US and can pay $4000+ before the tires.

Yes & No. Depends on which brand you are getting since not all Japanese wheels are customized wheels.

I'm getting Axis Hiro 19X 8.5, like 2 grand shipped to me.

yeah it depends on the brand. here in the US, you can get a set of nice iforged for under 4k i think
