Tire options??
Hi
what are tire size options for a 19x8 rim? Can you guys list some tire sizes compatible for that size rim? Also, if the tire size that i get is 40, how low (in inches) can i go before i rub? Any particular spring that you guys recommend that will drop my car the lowest without any rubbing .....
thanks

exclusive matchup

i think the best match would be 235/35/19, but the overall diameter is a bit small. you can fit 245/35/19, it's a bit wider and taller, i think it's ok, and its diameter is good
rub or not that depends on the offset of the wheel. if it's offset correct, you can make it no gap and still no rub

I am currently running 245/40 19 Pilot Sport A/S on 19X8 TSW Stings 35mm offsets.
Eibach ProKit/Ltuned Shocks 1.5 drop
There was very very very minimal rubbing in the front fender well. I easily took a hair dryer and heated up the rubber/plastic in the front fender well (the part where it lools like small ribs) and made it flush and smooth. There is absoloutely no rub now whatsoever. Even at full turns locked.
The 40 sidewall height still gives me a nice cushy ride as well as a safe Load rating 94 (1477lbs)
