The group 1 I agree, nice looking conservative styles. As another member has commented to me...keep watching the wheels classifieds here too.

I was going to bid on a set of 18" LS430 OEM wheels off an auction site but by the time they sold, it worked out to about $525 a wheel. At that price, it opens up many other wheel choices and for a bit more, I am really liking the Scara reverse along with some HRE offerings. (Well, I can dream about the HRE's.)

I like the 5 spoke wheels on RA40's car.

Hm.. you have a pretty different range of rims you're looking into. I noticed that you do prefer the "Carlsson" type of rim as most of the pictures on the bottom look similar. Here's a picture of my 20" Lowenharts on my 99 LS so you can get an example of what size you want to get. My car is just dropped with rims. Your best bet is to buy some used rims, you can probably pick up some decent sized rims (18,19 and maybe 20's) for under 2 grand with tires.

Mr Lexo, your car looks nice, what suspension are you running?

Afaleti- is that 1500 wheels and tires?

Thanks, I just got a Wald lip kit, but haven't put it on yet. Besides, it's way too low right now. I'm waiting for my friend to get his Tom's coilovers. He has some Tein coilvers right now that i'm going to take off his hands. I'm riding on Eibach springs right now. They weren't low enough so I had them cut. They ride like CRAP! Thank god i'm getting the coilover soon.

How many coils did you cut off of them?

I took it to a shop to have done, so i'm not sure but I think it was probably 2-3. Eibach are normally only a 1 inch drop off of stock so that would've been poinltess. That's a sweet site you have up. Do it yourself?

I hate to say Yes and No i am not that cheap just that i dropped a lot of $$ for my LS.

Like i said you guys D2-AUTOSPORT have a lot of nice rims, I do not mind to wait till your suppliers are having a grand sale. I do not really drive the LS much, I drive my 94GS.

Thanks

Sorry to dissappoint you, but the Wald Duchatlet II Forged wheel (labeled "WALD_d21_forged_th" in your pic collection) will run you about $1500 per wheel without tires...don't believe it? Here's the proof:
