Will these wheels fit on a 1993 sc400?

Hi, I want to buy new wheels... Will these fit?

Size:: 18x8
Bolt pattern:: 5x114.3.
Offset:: 42mm offset.

Will they fit with stock springs?
Will they fit with 1" lowering springs?
Will they fit with 1.5" lowering springs?
