I have a 1999 ES 300 and I noticed recently greater on the sidewalls of both the front and rear right side tires than on the left side. I'm not sure why the wear isn't actually on the tread, but rather high up on the sidewalls. Any advice?

Start with the most obvious things first & check all air pressure in all the tires. When was the last time you had your tires balanced & a 4 wheel alignment........don't forget to regularly rotate them. What kind of tires are on your car?
