Worth Reconditioning Wheels?
I have a 1998 ES300 bought used. Looks like the previous owner was rough on a few of the wheels. Seems like they scraped them on some curbs, etc. They were repaired next to the center caps and along the edges (not very well). The paint is starting to peel bad especially on the outside edges. One of the better wheels is starting to peel around the balancing weight, as well.
Is there some sort of "reconditioning" that can be done to my wheels? What would this cost? Should I be using some other type of weights?
Thanks for any advice...
