Default Anyone know about Club Linea wheels??

hey guys, I'm currently in the market for new rollers and I'm curious about these Barlettas from Club Linea. Anyone know if this is a reputable company??

I put on a set of Misterio's a few weeks ago and like them a lot. The wheels seemed to be well made and most important look nice on the ride. I picked them up from Winston's Place (http://www.winstonsarea51.com). The dude there(Winston) was very helpful and the wheels showed up at my door in less then a week after purchase.

Club Linea is a reputable company, probably on a par with Weds, Hart wheels, and other cast JDM brands.

However, I don't think the Barlettas look very good on a GS. There's a blue GS with 19 Barlettas somewhere in the GS gallery (posted within the last year), and... ehhh, it looked just alright. Even in HyperRev (#69) they have a red GS with Barlettas in the wheel section, and it didn't look very good. And that was even on super low profile tires and aggressive offset (a la VIP style).

Check out those two pics before you decide. Those are the only two that I've seen with those wheels on a GS. Your new GS is silver, right? That'll match better, but I still don't know...

(and I like dish wheels to begin with - it's not the style of the wheel itself, just the execution)

Hey, that looks like a darn good price for 19's though...

fellas, thanks for the replies. I guess the looks are a matter of personal opinion. This wheel just seemed to be different all the other stuff I've seen. I saw the pic on the blue GS and thought it looked decent. The low price is what brought the quality/reputation question to mind of course.

On a side note, I've heard of Club Linea being MUCH more expensive, but maybe Winston has a hookup somewhere we don't know about?

actually they appear to be pretty inexpensive everywhere. Maybe another discontinued wheel pretty soon? I seem to have a nose for that kind of stuff...lol
