Default S/S Lip Oxidized..need help!

My volk racing Gt-N have a s/s polished lip and have developed a whitish oxidation very similiar to water marks. Only problem is i cant get them off..tried mothers polish, brasso (?), neverdull...is there anything that can get these marks off (looks almost like acid) but you cant feel them if you slide your finger over them the lips are still smmoth.

i use blue magic to polish my hre and they work pretty well, maybe you can try

if not, then your only hope is to wet sand the wheel and polish it out again
