Question Would this be good for 20's?

20x8.5F w/245/35/20 tires, +35 offset
and
20x10R w/255/30/20 tires, +44 offset

My GS is lowered with coilovers. I like the low look, but dont want to rub.

If there is any rubbing.........just trim off anything that's in the way.
You want good look, you'll need some custom job

would 255 be to tight of a fit around the wheel, 275, would be better, I take it.? so this is a good setup with the least amount of problems??

yeah that's a perfect setup for the GS. and put 275 in the back, 255 is no good

255-35-20 will be too stretch for 20x10. Unless u want to go for the JDM look.
275-30-20 will be a perfect fit.

but then if you want the jdm look, you will have to increase the offset too
