GS...steering with 18's wheels

I just had the 18s put on and it seems like when driving over 50 the car wonders right to left then back again..in otherwords like the wind was blowing. What could be the problem? Car has 800 miles on it..so don't say alignment. Antera 18's are the wheels. I know there is not a center ring could that be it..HELP!
