Default Question about spare tire

My right front tire had a small bubble on it so for precautions I put the spare on. The spare is the same size as the other rims. Now my car will sometimes pull the left and sometimes pull to the right depending on the road even when my steering wheel is straight. The pulling is not that strong. Sometimes it won't pull at all. More annying if anything. All my tires are different brand but have the same rating. They have 80% thread left but the spare is almost totally worn out.

I know that is the reason for the pulling but my question is, can the wheel alignment get messed up if I drive too long like this? Someone is sending me almost new tires with rims which I should get in a couple of weeks. What if I take the spare tire and switch it with a rear tire? Will that be better?

Default Switching

Switching it with the rear should be better. There should be no negative effect on the alignment.
