i think that a set of HRE's for 10k is kind of a stretch....its more like 5K for a set + tires for 19's.....anyhow...i think the average for a nice set of 19's run around 3-4K w/ tires.....

Question is TOO broad man!! There are so many manufacturers, etc to choose from, not to mention size and tires!
List what you have in mind:
Design (5/6/7spoke, mesh, etc)
Finish (chrome, polished, brushed aluminum)
Size (factory/ 26"??-just kidding )
List some of those things and we can help a little more!

I would guess the average Lexus enthusiast spends $2,000 to $5000 on a wheel and tire package, but DGOT20S is right- you could spend more or a nice set of multi-piece 18s than a cast one-piece 20" wheel, so the actual question is too vague.
Not really- the list price on my 20" 841S is:
20x9 brushed /clearcoated centers, polished outer rims, polished/clearcoated inner rims: $2250 each
20x10 brushed/clearcoated centers, polished outer rims, polished/clearcoated inner rims $2300 each
You're talking $9100 without tires... add about $1200 for rubber, you're over $10K !!
... on the other hand, who pays retail these days?
