Thumbs down Quality of OE tires on Toyota vehicles

It took me too many years to figure this out, but I have concluded that Toyota supplies really crappy tires on their vehicles. Consider the following summary of Tire Rack survey results for vehicles currently or recently in my household:

1999 Lexus RX300: tire: Goodyear Integrity; rank in category:33 out of 40; Would buy again?: probably not.

2001 Lexus LS430: tire: Bridgestone Turanza ER33; rank in category: 7 out of 8; Would buy again?: definitely not.

2002 Lexus SC430: tire: Bridgestone RE040; rank in category: 40 out of 47; Would buy again?: probably not.

2004 Toyota Sienna XLE: tire: Dunlop SP4000 A/S; rank in category: 16 out of 17; Would buy again?: possibly.

2004 Toyota Camry XLE: tire: Bridgestone RE92; rank in category: 17 out of 19; Would buy again?: probably not.

There are higher rated, less expensive tires available for these vehicles. So I ask the question: What criteria are Toyota using to select tires for their vehicles? It's certainly not obvious from these results.
