Default explain forged and cast ?
I was just wondering what is the difference and whats better?

Cast - pour molten metal into a mold and let it cool and you have a wheel.
Forged - take solid metal and stretch and press it into the shape you want.

Cast - cheaper.
Forged - more expensive but lighter and stronger.

I thought forged was like cut on a CNC machine?

As the referenced article says, forging is pressing out the wheel and the CNC cutting/milling machine is to cut out bolt holes and cosmetic details.
