Default Offset Questions

I have a GS dropped 1.5 inches with Eibachs and will be getting 20" wheels (8.5 front and either 9.0,9.5 or 10 in the rear).

what should my front and rear wheel offsets be?

can I go 10" in the rear with fender mods?

I have the complete EXplosion Kit on the car.

the wheel company told me that they have done wheels for th eGs and have only gone 9.0 in the rear with the 20s b/c anything else wouldn't fit.

Can this be true?

they told me the fronts would have 2-2.5" lip and that with 9.0 wide rear wheel the lip wouldbe 3.0".

Your help is much appreciated.

Ted

that's so BS. a lot of people here have 10s in the back, and i know people with 20x10 in the back too. there is no problem putting a 10 in the back at all. for the front, offset should be around 38 to 42 i believe. and for the rear, around 40 is what i would do.

and about the lip, it's all about the wheel design. it has little to do with the offset (still related, but different from wheels to wheels)
