2010 gs350 AWD cv axle stuck!
hey guys,
I have a 2010 gs350 AWD that I am getting some work done to. Long story short, the CV axle on my front passenger side is stuck. I have tried everything to get it off and have came up with nothing. At this point I am stuck, any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. Thanks
I am also new to this site.

Pole Position
That bearing that holds the axle and sits in the subpan is corroded to the subpan.
You gotta really heat it up where the bearing outer race or casing or whatever it's called meets the aluminum subpan. Once you heat it enough it will come out with a slidehammer or if you have your diff off a hammer AND A piece of lumber from the other side.. Don't hit it without a lumber piece where it goes into the diff cause it won't go into the diff no more ask me how I know. Heat heat heat. Propane torch for roofs will work. Maybe a handheld thingy will do if you heat it long enough. It should almost slide out by hand
Of course you will need to replace that bearing. And put a lot of anti seize on it so next time the axle comes out easy. Also there's a big c clip that prevents the axle from sliding out you need a new one

Anyone found any tricks to get it out
I’m having same issue with my passenger side cv axle in my gs350 2007. Won’t come out, c clip out, bolt out, pb blaster, heat, slide hammer and nothing.

Same here. Went through a whole 16oz bottle of propane heating up the aluminum flange. Forearms are jello from beating on it with slide hammer. It looks like the flange is staked or dented in several spots as well. Wondering if thats part of the issue.
