After installing these, do you need to re-do your alignment?

From what I remember no. The replacement bushings allow adjustment of caster angle to some degree which was not present in the oem mounts but the mounting point that you're altering doesn't have an eccentric or any other adjustability. Now I did this almost 10 years ago so I may be misremembering but I think you're fine just throwing them on... assuming you're not unbolting anything but the mount that's being replaced.
