I got the car when it had 150k so the OEM were almost gone. The Tein are more stiff but not excessively hard. They are adjustable so you can make them harder or softer. There is a noticeable difference putting it in sport mode opposed to normal mode.

Adjustable, even within the AVS adjustment?? So I can pick soft and firm or firm and firmer, right? That sounds excellent.

You can adjust the preload and ride height. The damping stiffness is controlled by the AVS motors.
