Tanabe Underbrace for 4GS ONLY FITS RWD NOT AWD!
I tried my best engineering skills, (I was part of the F1 team in engineering school), and I cannot make the underbrace fit at all due to the design of the bar. In my opinion, the underbrace would make a difference in performance exceptionally in unexpected turns or avoiding pot-holes.
THERE ARE A COUPLE OF DEALERS THAT HAVE THE UNDERBRACE, DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE AWD, even though they say it fits (It does not!)
Hope this was helpful. Thanks.

OK, here are some pictures of the install Tanabe underbrace for the GS350 - 2013 - AWD. I found out that there is a big difference between RWD and AWD. At first, when I place the under brace underneath the car I was not able to determine the location of where the under brace sets. Furthermore, I contacted Tanabe, again, and they sent me more pictures of the Japanese engineer that installed it on the GS350 RWD. The stabilizer brace that comes in the RWD is different than the AWD. Furthermore, RWD also includes an additional factor A-brace that is installed with the RWD brackets. I spent two hours at a Lexus dealership and determine that I needed to remove the AWD braces and install the RWD braces. After installing the new braces, I was able to connect the Tanabe under brace to it.
In my opinion, I think that the under brace for the AWD does make a difference. I live in Pittsburgh, which includes a lot of hills and potholes and just by driving after installing the under brace; I noticed a difference in the absorption of the shocks as I was hitting some potholes. I read in other posts, that the underbrace did not make a difference to the driver. I am thinking that since all the others installed the Tanabe underbrace with the A-brace it would only make very small improvements. However, the AWD does not have A-brace, therefore, the Tanabe underbrace does make a difference. It could be all in my head also. But, I finally got it done.
