Default Is there a suspension removal diy??

I'm get coilovers and wanted to know if someone posted a diy. I have an 2006 Lexus gs awd. I know some cars it's just 3 bolts on the top mount and one screw on the bottom. But Im not familiar with the Lexus setup

its for IS250 AWD, but the process is identical.. gl.

^ i guess measure from the ground to fenders? this is what i did w/ a measuring tape. drove around then measured again, repeated few times which was a tedious work..
