This dealer is an hour away and in an area with extremely smooth roads. I didn't detect any issue in their area when I picked up the car. No issue on highways either. But noticeable on my local roads. Basically sounds like a thumping or rumbling sound coming from the footwell.

What should I do?
I'd call them out on the bad info they've given you already. You posted the message from them saying that the molding markings weren't significant, yet the TSB clearly states they are. Didn't their part guy assure you that they were shipping the latest parts only? 2 strikes there. If this is the dealership you purchased from, I'd play that card as well. Fix parts were listed as $51.XX from Sewell so it's not like it's a huge cost, but it does sound like a) they are not fully informed, and b) they are giving you the run around, even after you alerted them to this possibility prior to installation.

I just emailed him along the lines you are describing. But I didn't take too hard a line because I don't want to **** them off. The trouble with these F***ing car dealers is they are lazy. It wouldn't surprise me if even if I get the TSIB approved, they pretend to fix the car, do nothing and then tell me the part is installed. It really destroys your faith when someone tells you there is no problem when there is.

I tried to order the ZD bushings from Sewell but it was backordered. Fortunately my dealer ordered the ZD bushings from Lexus. It seems that after I told them I had called Lexus and asked them to approve this fix, that this was enough to motivate them to order the replacement bushings.

I hope these guys sort it out. I'm having problems with every Lexus dealer in Miami. First one didn't want to do the F-Sport install on a GS460 because the V8 model isn't mentioned in the F-Sport spec sheet. The second one did it, but now causes a fuss over executing the TSIB.

What is it with these punks?

Default just recieved sways

I'm not sure how many peeps....took advantage of the sale. I sure did and received my Sways....Friday.

I was "lucky" to check the bushings to see if they are the NEW stock (ZD stamp).

Good thing I looked.....it had the OLD "AB" STAMP code....

I called....and they will Fedex overnight the ZD bushing to my residence....

Figured I would share...my thoughts...

The website...posts "old stock" removed......
