Thanks, and definitely wouldn't recommend a DIY without someone who is a mechanic or mechanically inclined (it also helps to have the right tools). I had a buddy who is a mechanic and I just assisted.
was it that hard? I have done springs on nissan 350z's and other japanese cars..

is there a DIY on this?
If you have mechanical experience or have done it before then I would say not that hard at all. After seeing my friend work I think I could have done it solo provided I had a manual to reference to in case of doubt.
I think you would be fine doing yourself.
i have the 06 gs 430 and ive been told that my car has the level ride and it cannot be done and was wondering since you have a 430 ..just wanna know if you had problems

I guess I've never heard of Level ride but to answer your question no problems at all. I love the drop. Are you considering the Tanabe NF or DF?
i was thinking about gettin the nex coilovers and put some 20s on my car instead of 22s so i'll be sittin lower
Everyone here says if you can go coilovers that is the way to go. They give you more flexibility in adjusting your ride than just springs. Well good luck and don't forget to post pics once you do.
I am looking for a set of lowering springs for my 2010 GS450h. Now that you have had those HF210 springs for a while, would you care to share a bit of you experience with them in general? Stiffness, or any problems so far, etc.
