ride height and dampening are going to be personal preference. keep in mind whatever you set the height to, you may have to adjust the dampening accordingly. i plan on starting at 5 at the front and 3 in the rear to see how it rides. ill keep you posted.

Received mine yesterday and threw them on that same evening. Set at 8 all around and it's pretty stiff at the setting. Feels more like a car with sport suspension than a Lexus. I'm gonna move it up to around 12 all around. The install was very simple. The holes from the strut lined up almost perfectly with the holes on the rear control arms as he was ready to put them in, making it easier. My friend who did said it was because the company worked on it while there was a car present the entire time(01a4man's car).
I have pillowball mounts on the front. NO VIBRATION at all, not even when braked and the car is in drive.
Said other cars he did with other coilovers, such as Tein and Function & Form etc. required a lot of moving around to get the top hats to line up with the holes. These slid in very easily. Almost too easily.
The coils are low enough that you are capable of tucking all 4 tires if you choose. You can make the chassis touch the floor if you choose to. I set it at half way and the front bumper is 3" off the ground.

The lower the number, the stiffer it gets. My Tein SS on my 05 TL had the dampening on them. The lower you went, the stiffer it gets. I assume that the BC is the same way. I didn't even touch the struts or look at the top hats. My friends did all the work.
Took my friends 2 hours with air tools. I could have done it, but with no air tools, it would have been an all day job. I have pictures of the install, so that if I were to ever purchase from CMS in the future, I get a small discount as a past customer.

AWD Front Struts
from what i have read though, its pretty simple. if you lowered a car before you should have no problems with doing this.

Pics will be posted tonight. I didn't take pictures of the actual install, just pictures of pre-install i.e. putting together the coils, height adjustment and pulling out the trunk carpet. I was busy hauling *** in my friends viper that he got an hour before I got there.
I didn't even open the box to inspect them. The pictures of the coils was my first time actually seeing them.
