Just log in with your Club Lexus name/pw... indicate you are a Club Lexus member in your profile. There is a nice savings.

Well now that sewell closed it's parts dept where should we get this from?

Also there is 0 mention of a gs450h owner that has these sway bars installed. I know they are not listed as compatible but has anyone tried fitting this to a gs450h?

Yeah i had mine installed 1.5 yr ago and you'll be satisfied with the results. It won't be noticeable at low speeds, but once you get up to speed you have less body roll and certainly more confidence taking those turns.

Awesome! Can you tell me the part number of the sways you ordered for your 450h? I am guessing it is the gs350/gs460 rwd only. Have you experienced any "knocking" sounds?

I have experience with gs300 gen 2 trd sways and believe it is the best bang for buck upgrade out there.

Thanks to Bigblack06 for responding to my PM's! It is confirmed that GS350/GS460 rwd sway bars are a perfect fit for GS450H owners.

Update: Installed and working flawlessly. Sewell lexus does in fact swap out the old bushings and sell with new bushings.

No i didn't have any issues with the knocking sounds. I believe that was a issue with the older batch of swaybars that were sold which came with bushings that was the incorrect fitment. If you use the search bar, you can find earlier threads discussing the bushing issue, and the markings on them so you can identify them correctly.

Here's a recent pic with BCR coilovers.

Just going to bump this thread slightly and vouch for the sway bar being a fantastic upgrade over the OE ones.

I did mine without a DIY. It wasn't too hard. Just had to drill the stock bushings out of the brackets for the rear

Default Install Instructions

Does anyone have the FSport Sway bar installation instructions included when you purchase the set? Ptr0230102 is the sway bar set. I misplaced my copy and can't seem to find anything online. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

The F sport swaybars should be a no brainer mod for every single member on this entire forum . we all drive a lexus. They are some of the worst handling cars in the segment. Now we will have relability and handling. We dont have to trade the BMW ride and cornering prowess for less trips to the dealership
Do you know if the f sport bars are for rwd? Been hearing its only for AWD, can anyone confirm before i buy? Thank you kindly.

There are 2 versions of the Sway Bar for the 3GS
1. RWD - PTR02-30101 (also fits GS450h)
2. AWD - PTR02-30102

I believe the only time you can't install it is if you have the AAAS but i think that's for the GS450h

Did u install with car jacked up on stands or did u do it on like an alignment rack for a load install rather than floating or elevated? Getting my bars in tomorrow.
