Default Will TANABE NF210 work on gs350?? Any Pics?

I am trying to get a nice lowered look without losing the feel of a 50k ride. Has anyone been running on simply the NF210?

I was hoping to find out what the best route to take it to keep my stock 18's but give it the lowered look and comfort.

I know there are alot of manufacturers. I wanted to see what other members have for what I am trying to accomplish. Thanks

It should work w/o a problem, but just to confirm, you should call Tanabe and ask them.

I'd be concerned about using stock shocks with lower springs. Won't ride well.

Are there shocks that will work with the GS300AWD

Right now, it seems that everyone who has the NF210's are using stock shocks without any problems. I don't think there are any aftermarket shocks for the 3GS yet.

Without any problems YET. Stay tuned for the bounce and jiggle after about a year.

I sure hope that isn't the case. I'd be more worried if I had the DF210's.

Looks like Tanabe seems to be what everyones getting...
But, I'm thinking about going with Eibach springs instead... I never had problems with them on other cars...

Yes Mekrew, definately post some picks. I ordered some Tanabe NF210's today, so perhaps by end of next week I'll have the time to get them on.

Spring never last. They will always end up sacking out on you. Some will do it in as little as four months (ask me how I know). You have to remember that with lowered springs and stock shocks, you are running the shocks compressed...ALWAYS. This will always shorten the lifespan of the shock but Lexus isn't known for easily blowing shocks so it may not be too big of a concern.

I would only do lowered springs as a temporary fix until a proper set of coilovers are available.

how much are coilovers anyway ?

i always hear they are the "optimal" solution for a lower ride and still a smooth ride

i will be installing the springs tomorrow so i will let everyone know how that goes

Coilovers will never be available for AWD.

They usually go for ~$1500-$2500.
