Default PART# for TRD swaybars ?

does anybody know the part number for the trd swaybars .. i have a friend that works at toyota and said he can get discounts on parts, but when he looked for the part it wasnt listed. he then told me if i knew the part number he could easily find it or even order it if needed. so anybody know the part number for TRD swaybars

hey, i beileve the part numbers are

00642-48810-012 Front Sway Bar
00642-48830-012 Rear Sway Bar

they should fit 1998-2003 GSxxx

hope they are right and they work for you!

I thought there were two different sets of sway bars for trd? Anyone confirm?

Yup; those are the stiffer of the two sets (and, more accurately, those are the part numbers on my invoice from Carson Toyota). Sorry, don't have the numbers for the wussy set. These, however, are not so stiff as to be unacceptable even to old pharts like me (as well as SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED).

well im asking for the trd blue sways not the sport white ones. Ishinc those part numbers, are they for the blue racing sways or the white sport ones ?

sorry, i have no idea, i got the part number off the TRD website. You can download their price sheet with all of their available parts. sorry!

There's quite a few for sale used, you should check the classified GS section. These aren't something that will go bad since there's no moving parts.

I know kyle3481 has a set for sale in excellent condition.
