Default Abs sensor malfunction after Timken hubs installed.

I had the hubs replaced recently at a local shop due to a bad bearing. They said there was a history of an abs sensor malfunction but no dash warning lights appeared. After install of new hubs and front rotors the dash abs warning lights came on. Hubs made by Timken from Amazon. Rotors are Bosch. I took it to the dealer and they said it’s probably due to non factory parts? Bs or what? Car has only 40k.
