Default H&r springs, uca hitting?

Has anyone installed H&R Springs for their AWD 250 and had the UCA hit the wheel well?? Its only my drivers side thats hitting.

I have H&Rs and don’t have this issue. Wheel specs?

Is the UCA secure to the frame? Someone forgot to tighten the bolts down?

its definitely secure, I didnt have to remove it when i did the job, all that was removed was the UCA ball joint to the knuckle, tie rod end and lower strut bracket to the LCA and of course the 3 mounting bolts for the strut. Everything was torqued to spec and reassembled properly.

I pulled the wheel off to look. I tugged upwards on the whole wheel assembly and kept hearing it. I opened the hood and pulled up on the assembly and i see the top strut mount has about a 1/4 inch of play causeing the knocking, I had to torque the damn top mount bolt 😂😂😂😂😂

Todays lesson, if youre doing struts, torque your top mount. *facepalm*

Yep always double check your work. I've done it myself thinking everything should be good.
