Will AWD BC coils fit on my RWD?

I'm new to suspension but every google search I do comes up empty. There's a good deal on AWD coils but my IS is RWD. Will they fit? If not can you please provide the reason why? I would like to learn. Thank you.

If its a 2nd gen, the front mounting is different on the AWD vs RWD due to the axle being different in the front, but the rears are identical.
