once it stops raining and we have some nice weather, I have my detail guy coming march 2nd...so i'll for sure have some by then

I would just replace the spacers instead of raising and adding camber to hide the fact 20mm is too wide.

Try 15mm.

yeah, 15mm is prob a better spacer for stock wheels. im not running stock anymore, so I was able to lower the car back down

Quick question, will 5×114.3 20mm spacers ,60.1mm hub bore, 12x1.5 thread pitch fix a stock 2019 is350 AWD for front and rear.

As long as the hub bore is the same, there shouldn't be an issue. I would just ensure the spacers have their own hubcentric lip to ensure the best balance.
