RSR Down Lowering Springs

Finished up installing my RSR Down springs. They look good they were a PITA to install. Difficulty not hard, just a lot of labor haha. The rear looks a little too low because I had a lot of equipment and the old springs in the trunk. Shoutout to Josh at Meraki Autoworks for the great price and customer service!

Thanks! All that is left is to get a quad tip axleback exhaust and paint my calipers then I’ll have completed my mod list. :D

Thanks for being easy to work with!

Is this a RWD or AWD? It seems the RSR downs drop RWD lower?

According to RSRs website you are correct. The RWD does lower more than AWD

I am running RSR Downs as well. Currently only on the front. As I loved the look. I got new wheels at the same time.
Front - 19x8.5 +33 Rear - 19x9.5. +35
Front - 235/35/19, Rear - 275/30/19

Lowered on RSR Downs.
No rubbing issues at all.

But HUGE SCRUBBING ISSUE... Feathering the tires hard and fast as well as the inner 1 inch. Anyone else going through tires in 4000 miles? I am feeling like i am getting closer to an answer through diagnosing multiple options. Been aligned with the tire install. All were on spec when next tires went on. Only thing out is the Caster. 4.9 deg (oem says 8 - 9 deg) An alignment specialist is saying my scrub point is off and that its most likely from the offset of wheels.... I like my offest. Its nothing crazy. Just pushed it out flush. I feel as though the only thing out is the caster and that it has to be the issue since it will cause feathering when turning as the tire doesnt lay over into the camber like it should... I am chasing my tail. I feel like I am starting to sound crazy. 3 sets of tires in 12000 miles is unaffordable though.

That sounds TERRIBLE I would hate to change tires out that often lol. I have no idea what could be the problem, hopefully someone on here can help out.

Your car is rad. Are you killing front tires, rear tires, or all of the above? What tires and tread wear rating? Mine is rough on the inside edges of front tires, but I turned them at 8000 miles and will probably get another 4K out of them. My '14 IS250 used to murder rear tires, but even then, I would get 7-8K miles out of them. I have the SPC camber kit in the rear of my 2016 and the rear tire wear is significantly better.

Not pimping, but posting for reference:
They used to sell these individually on Amazon and it was sort of laughable. My friend Angle Face didn't realize that until he ordered and only one arm showed up. This seller is selling them in pairs, which makes more sense.

I love the blue. Your car looks excellent! My dream combo was USB with red guts, but that combo might be a unicorn. I have Atomic Silver with red guts.

Thanks man, to me no other color is as sexy as USB 2.0. My wife said I wasn’t allowed to get USB with red interior because it doesn’t match and would look tacky and I was like WHO cares!? But yeah lol

Thank you! I’ve been scraping a bit on sharp inclines and declines but trying to manage lol.
