Default Which Rotors?

Hoping to get some help from the forum as I'm not sure where else to turn to.

I am based in the Philippines and currently have a 2010 IS300...yes, that's not a typo it's an IS300. The body is identical to the US version IS250 & IS350 for that year, but the engine variant offered is different. The one and only local dealer is charging a CRAZY amount for parts (think 4x US prices). Looking to purchase from the US, but I am unsure of the part numbers needed as the dealer won't share the info.

Just replaced both sets of brake pads for the front and rear. I am told that my rotors are out of spec and need replacement as well. I bit the bullet on the pads as I don't want to risk safety, but have some time to source the rotors.

Can someone tell me what rotors I need based on the brake pads that were installed??? Open to after-market options also, but would really like the OEM numbers.

Front pads - 04465-53040
Rear pads - 04466-53010

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

-Z

43512-30310 - Disc, Front Brake (Qty: 2)
42431-30280 - Disc, Rear Brake (Qty: 2)

Your IS300 used the same brake setup as the 2006-2008 USA-Spec IS250 for the front and rear, and the same as the 2006-2013 Canada-Spec IS250.

I thought even the 250 had directional rotors.... i.e. left and right right rotors with directional vanes?

2009-2013 USA-spec IS250 does, 2006-2008 USA-spec doesn't, nor did any 2006-2013 IS250's anywhere outside of the USA (for example Canada).

I would have thought they were standard everywhere. They are one of my favorite features of the car! =)
