i am unsure myself but there is only one way to find out!

you will need the calipers and rotors. see if the rotors mount over the hubs first then see if the calipers bolt onto the knuckle and it all lines up. if it does then you can run the brake lines afterward.
I've always wanted to do this, as I have access to some GS430 brakes.

Doing a bit of quick research, the front rotor is 13.1 in diameter, same as the IS350 brake rotor, so it would be do-able after modifying or removing the dust shield. On that same note, why not get IS350 front brakes? They are 4 piston calipers versus the 2 piston calipers on the RC200t and prob cheaper as well.

The RC200t uses the same brake calipers and rotors as the IS350 (they're both 4-piston). They will fit fine with the exception of the backing plates. You'll need to modify yours or (preferably) get IS backing plates.

Not to beat an old horse dead.

But cross drilled rotors are still used in many racing applications because of its benefits.

As far as longevity its obvious that drilled holes weaken the rotor integrity. Serious racers dont car because they can change out rotors and pads after every race. Just like how Top Fuel drag racers rebuild engines after every run.

For street driving drilled rotors will last a long time. Assuming quality materials and assembly.

For track days and racing there are many stories of Porsche and Ferraris with Brrembo brakes that torched their plain flat rotors and or cracked their drilled rotors on day 1 or day 2. Real race spec calipers and rotors are different than the ones they put on street carse

FWIW.... there are sites that offer a Where Used capability. Unfortunately if I type it in "HERE" it turns to *********.....
Which makes no since as they don't even sell parts. The name has toyota and DIY in it...

It is a great tool though as see where components are used.

I did a is350 big brake swap to my is 250 ...
I found a wrecked is350,I took the calipers, rotors and dust shield for 70.00 bucks.it was a bolt on..felt the difference right away.
also painted them red with decals.
