I've been facing issues with my rotors, in only 10 months I've had to replace my pads and cut the rotors (lower them ).
So, I need to replace the rotors and pads for the best option for Sports Lexus available (Not Brembos), I need brakes that I can afford ($125-300).
Best Brands?
Any suggestion?

If you're looking for a good budget brand then we would recommend Stoptech/Centric. Here at the shop that is generally what people go with for best bang for the buck and we have good luck with them. Our other go to rotor and pad brand would be Hawk and DBA but there are a lot of great brands out there.

If you're just going to be driving the car on the street you don't need to do anything too crazy as far as design. For street cars we recommend either blank face rotors or slotted. Just depends on application though! Hit us up if you need any help.
