Default Loose fittings?!

I recently had air suspension installed on my IS350. Is it normal for the tank to be completely out of air if it has sat over night?

No, the tank should stay pressurized with pretty much the same PSI as you left it (+- a couple psi for temp changes).
You definitely have a leak somewhere.

Is the vehicle getting lower too as the tank empties?
What air management system do you have?

yes it will get lower once I park it. Esp overnight. I have the VERA air management system. Emailed them and they are saying most likely my tank and/or fittings are leaking

Hmm wish I was more familiar with how the VERA management works. (Not sure how it isolates pressure within the system).

But yeah, at this point it will have to come down to the good ol' soap and water spray solution.
It would be easiest to start at the tank area and spray the soap solution and look for bubbles forming and then working your way up through to the bags, their fittings, then lines (do watch out with spraying down the electrical wires).

Hopefully it's an easy to find leak - good luck and do report back when you find it

Losing all air overnight is definitely means something wrong. Tank can drop air but should be very minimum, (technically not dropping but due to temperature change the pressure may read different)

Start spraying soapy water at all the fittings and anywhere else you think may be leaking to see which/where may be leaking.

After figuring out whats leaking, I recommend using Loctite 565 - Thread Sealant instead of Teflon tape

My car on air, I can have my car Parked for Months on end and only lose at most 10psi. All my fittings are sealed with Loctite 565.
