I have to be more specific on what you are asking and looking for.

What are the widest tires I can put on my 2016 Is300? And my lease is ending soon so what should my next car be?

the second question is super odd. no one knows which car you'll enjoy most. go for the car that is appealing.

The Lexus looks 10x better than any bmw in my opinion. All bmws look the same and the interior on them is garbage

On factory f sport wheels, 245 front and 255 in the rear are the widest you should go. You could always go wider in the rear but it isn not recommended per wheel spec. It also depends on your suspension modification.

Your next car should be a GTR.

Depends if you're sticking with the stock rims or going bigger.
Here's a little list of options.

Stock F-Sport Wheel specs
18X8 +45 225/40/18
18X8.5 +50 255/35/18

19 inch upgrade with staggered fitment (to keep the exact same tire circumference as the stock 18 inch wheels - no offset as that is wheel manufacturer specific):
19X8.5 225/35/19
19X9.5 255/30/19

19 inch upgrade with staggered fitment - with plus size on tires:
19X8.5 235/35/19
19X9.5 265/30/19

19 inch upgrade with staggered fitment - with plus plus size on tires:
19X8.5 245/35/19
19X9.5 275/30/19

So if I run 275 rear on the f sport wheels you think that is bad. I read on another forum that if you but wider wheels on stock then the Speedometer reads slower or faster depending on the tire size. Is that true?

The question is, will it fit?
Technically the 255 is the widest tire you can put on the rear. You could pinch a 265 on it, but I wouldn't recommend it. A 275 is out of the question.

what are you trying to get out of with 275's in the rear? this is not a track monster nor v8 beast. You will gain nothing out of them other than "beefy"n tire look.
