Default Strange "knock" felt through pedals

I am getting a strange single "knock" that I can feel through the gas pedal sometimes. Happens sometimes when something causes a shift in momentum (i.e.: shifting from drive to reverse). No idea what it could be. I am lowered on Megan lowering springs only 1.25". I have replaced both upper control arms as well as the driver's side axle in an effort to fix the knock. It is still there. End links are brand-new as well. Shocks seem to be in good shape as well as the Lower Control Arm bushings...is there something I am missing? At this point I have no idea what it could be.

Check your brakes. I've read several threads where the slide pin fuses and the pads are able to move around inside the caliper causing clicking, popping, etc..
