Rear 2007 is350 Caliper Upgrade?

I like the OEM front caliper on my is350, but the back one looks a little weak relative to the front. Don't shoot me through the internet but would a caliper cover fit on there? has anyone tried this?

you can find a IS F rear calipers/rotors and put them on
