Default Help with running 3/8 air lines

I was wondering if anyone that had experience running 3/8 air lines under car could assist me in which route you used?
The 3/8 air lines were to hard for me to run inside of the car. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting, I didn't think of this during the of my install and ended running all the air lines inside the car.
It was definitely challenging but I made it work.

scary thought running the airlines through sideskirts.
Imagine getting tboned and it compromises the air lines in the process, the car will just drop onto the ground at the same time suddently

I dont know why everyone loves running 3/8 lines.
1/4 so much easier to work with. It bends easier and can be routed through the car.
And there isn't no sudden violent up and down when airing up or out.

you would have to be tbone pretty hard and at the right spot to compromise the air lines. Just avoid getting tbone haha.

I dont recommend trying to run 3/8 airline inside the car. I would go straight outside and route it under car. It is just too thick and does not bend easily if you need a tight bend.

1/4 airline you can run inside and even go through the firewall grommet easily.

Im going to look into it and see I will play around with running it outside the car as well as in... I went 3/8 because of the faster fill up and less waiting time.

The only place I think the bend will be an issue is going through the fire wall under the dash possibly. Everything else seems like an easy routing point.

Good luck. Just giving out suggestion.

I've done many Air suspension cars and 3/8 is a pain to run and airing up and down is too violently fast for my taste.
We did one car with 3/8 and in the end swapped out the lines for 1/4 after.

Just watched a video on what you meant by violently airing up fast... thank you for that.. I will be definitely switching to the 1/4

With 3/8 its only a "violent" jerk if you don't run silencers. If you put silencers on the solenoids it airs up slower and silent. Food for thought.

1/4" lines are fast in my opinion, and they are able to run through the firewall grommets. I would highly recommend 1/4".
