Advanced Auto Brake Pads and Rotors, Need Quick Suggestion

Do you guys think/recommend I stick with oem semi-metallic or do I go to ceramic, small price difference but not much. Brand is either wagner thermoquiet or car quest wearever. Thank,s

Upgrade to Akebono ceramic pads. They should be able to source those for you. Replacement Centric blanks for the rotors.
